What we keep, and what we throw away.
You are going to speak your half-formed thoughts into this product. That deserves a plain answer about where they go.

Your audio is never stored. When you finish speaking, the recording is sent once, transcribed, scored, and discarded inside that single request. It is not written to our database, not written to disk, and not kept as a file anywhere. There is no recording of your voice to leak, subpoena, or sell.
What we store
| What | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and email | From Google when you sign in. Used to identify your account and send receipts. | Until you delete your account |
| Transcripts | The text of what you said, with word timings, so feedback can quote you and say when you said it. | Until you delete them |
| Scores and feedback | So mastery can be computed from your history rather than guessed. | Until you delete them |
| Your plan answers | The three onboarding answers that order your modules. | Until you change or delete them |
| Audio | Not stored at all. | Never |
Who else sees it
Two processors, both used only to produce your feedback, neither given anything that identifies you:
- OpenAI receives the audio of a single answer in order to transcribe it. No name, no email, no account identifier.
- Anthropic receives the transcript text in order to score it. Again, no name, no email, no account identifier.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your answers to train anything.
Receipts only, by default. No digests, no streak reminders, no marketing. You can change that in your profile, and the default is off rather than on.
Deleting it
Deleting your account removes your transcripts, scores and plan permanently. That is a real deletion, not a flag on a row. What that means and how to do it is on your data.
Security
Every table enforces row level security, which means the database itself refuses to return one person's rows to another, rather than relying on the application to remember to filter. Attempts and scores are append only: they cannot be edited after the fact, including by us.
Questions
Ask. A person answers.
